Most people have knee pain because the muscles around their knees aren't being efficiently utilized to help support their knees. This program will focus on building glute and hamstring strength to support your knees! Level: Perfect for beginners or those who have been cleared from physical therapy and need a knee friendly program to follow along with. Tools you'll need: a foam roller, mat, long bands, looped mini bands, a stability ball and medium & light weights. Option to substitute some exercises with cables. ***By participating in this program, you confirm that you have been cleared to workout by your physical therapist or general doctor. You also understand and take sole responsibility for any and all injuries that may occur to you, related to any and all Activities associated with the Move Well Feel Well Personal Training Services, whether or not they fall within the scope of reasonably foreseeable injuries related to such Activities.
