Hello!
Jane is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer who has been helping clients get stronger through injuries for over 7 years. She specializes in helping clients post-rehab and postpartum learn how to lift the barbell while minimizing pain. Lately, her speciality has been helping women in peri-menopause learn how to lift heavier weights to minimize the muscle they lose throughout the menopause transition. Her mission is to help moms everywhere use exercise as a tool for self care. When she's not working with clients, she's spending time with her husband Scott, and 3 school aged daughters. She loves running, reading and playing video games in her spare time.
