​Break- the-Summer - Rut  Fitness Challenge!

General Info: 

Are you stuck in a fitness rut and searching for that spark to reignite your fitness routine?

 

It's time to shake things up and join my free Break-the-Rut Fitness Challenge and rediscover the excitement of reaching your fitness goals with a fresh, dynamic approach: 

📅 Challenge Dates: September 16th - October 7th
 

📍 Location: Virtual (participate from anywhere!)

🎯 Level: Suitable for moms who already workout but need a bit of a nudge to get back into their routine

This is a Instagram Media Challenge! So yes, you need to have a free account. You will "check in" each day via Instagram, using a photo (can be a sweaty selfie, a quote, shot of the gym, you and a partner, equipment, inspirational meme, whatever).

 

HASHTAG ALL POSTS using “#BreaktheRut” (check the spelling!) and you’ll earn points for each check in you do! 

What’s Included?

  1. 3 Weeks of Workouts along with a daily Step Challenge : A mix of cardio, strength, flexibility, and fun challenges to keep things interesting and effective.
     

  2. Weekly Theme Focus: Each week focuses on a different aspect of fitness—whether it’s endurance, strength, mobility, and recovery—to keep you on your toes.
     

  3. Motivation Boosters: Weekly motivational messages, tips, and small challenges to keep you engaged and committed.
