How the #Mobilityx5 Challenge Works

The name of the game is mobility and strength! The goal is to finally address your aches and pains so you can increase your range of motion again. These workouts are specifically designed to show you the foundations of mobility training in 15 minutes or less, with consistency. These are bodyweight training workouts, but you will also feel the cardio burn!

This is INSTAGRAM Challenge! So yes, you need to sign up for a free account. You will "check in" each day via Instagram, using a photo (can be a sweaty selfie, a quote, shot of the gym, you and a partner, equipment, inspirational meme, whatever). YOU WILL HASHTAG ALL POSTS using “#Mobilityx5Challenge” (check the spelling, lol!)

In order to complete the challenge, you must complete 5 workouts over the 5 days. Yes, this is going to be hard but that’s why it’s a “challenge” but all the workouts are 15 minutes or less and the goal is to move away from an all-or-nothing-mindset to getting something in!

The workouts are perfect for beginners who have knee or back pain. You'll need your foam roller and a yoga mat plus a long looped band to get started!

I'll provide the exact workouts via email. On Sunday April 14th,, you'll receive FIVE brand new #Mobilityx5Challenge workouts! They'll all be 15 minutes or less and you'll be able to pick and choose which ones you want to do.

How to win: Everyone who completes the 5 workouts (as verified by their IG shares) will be entered to win prizes, including gift cards and a spot in my new Ass2Grass Mobility coaching program, starting at the end of Spring!
