Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy: Due to the depth of analysis, communication, and time required to create an effective program, Move Well Feel Well Personal Training Services LLC do not provide refunds once sessions have started. Health: I, the undersigned, declare myself physically and mentally sound and suffering from no condition, impairment, disease, infirmity, or other illness that would prevent my participation in the Activities. I acknowledge I have been cleared of the need for a physician’s approval for my participation in the Activities. Waiver/Release of Liability: In consideration of Trainer’s agreement to instruct and provide the Activities, I hereby release Trainer, their representatives, executors, agents, and successors from liability for accidental injury, illness, or death which may incur as a result of my participation in the Activities. I hereby assume all risks connected therewith and consent to participate in the Activities. I agree to disclose any physical limitations, disabilities, ailments, or impairments which may affect my ability to participate in the Activities.
