Your kids are back to their routine,

Saturday, August 30th through Saturday, September 13th 
 

📍 Location: Online- you can workout from anywhere! 
 

🎯 Level: This year you get to pick between a beginner and intermediate option 
 

🏋🏻‍♀️ Equipment Needed:

Access to a gym or a variety of dumbbells, a bench, stability ball, cables or you can swap out for bands!
 

💲Cost: Free

 

🤩Prize: A $50 gift card to your favorite athleisure store because getting a new pair of yoga pants is always a great motivation!

General Info: 

There's something about the start of school that eases naturally into building routines.

And when it comes to getting stronger, consistency is ALWAYS better than perfection.

So let's rip-off the bandaid with this fun fitness challenge to get you back into your workout routine for the fall! 

📅 Challenge Dates: Saturday August 30th through Saturday September 13th 
 

📍 Location: Online, so you can participate from anywhere!

🎯 Level: Perfect for beginners and intermediate ladies who are familiar with working out (even if it's just doing a body pump class here or there) There will be a level 1 and level 2 version you can choose from! 

🏋🏻‍♀️ Equipment Needed: Access to a gym or a variety of dumbbells, a bench, stability ball, cables or you can swap out for bands!

We'll be on WhatsApp for this challenge! So yes, you need to have a free account. You will "check in" via WhatsApp, using a photo (can be a sweaty selfie, a quote, shot of the gym, you and a partner, equipment, inspirational meme, whatever).

What’s Included?

  1. 2 Weeks of Workouts along with a daily Step Challenge : A mix of cardio, strength, flexibility, and fun challenges to keep things interesting and effective.
